Objectives

To build integrative predictive models of transcriptional response in inflammation based on quantitative description of transcription factor action.

Specific aims:

  • Develop physical models of transcription factor occupancy along promoters
  • Develop computational tools for identifying promoter features that are important for inflammatory transcriptional responses
  • Develop quantitative models for describing the inflammatory transcriptional response
