WP 6: Consortium management and dissemination

Objectives

The overall aim of this work package is to assist the Project Coordinator in delivering a successful and effective project and to ensure effective consortium management and project administration across all partners. Imperial Consultants will manage the consortium and support all the partners on financial, training, administrative and dissemination issues. It also aims to set up and implement an effective dissemination of the findings and results of the project, to consult and get feed-back from end-users and stakeholders and to organise an open workshop with maximum impact and consultation
